ARMAND BOYAJIAN

Armand Boyajian founded STILL Real Estate in 2016, envisioning a real estate platform that could offer its clients a creative vision for their projects, as well as sound financial feasibility.

Today, Armand oversees the strategic direction of the company and leads the firm's development planning services. Mr. Boyajian and his team are responsible for analyzing new acquisitions, due diligence, financial modeling, and deal structuring for STILL RE clients. 

Prior to STILL Real Estate, Mr. Boyajian was Co-Founder and Director at ENDVEST, an institutional real estate crowdfunding platform.

Mr. Boyajian is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in New York. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Real Estate at NYU Stern School of Business, where he was President of the school’s real estate organization (SREG) for two years and led the group’s professional networking opportunities.
